Refund policy

At Perfect Private Tours, every tour is a private, personalized experience. Once you reserve your date, we dedicate a professional guide and private vehicle exclusively to your group. For that reason, our cancellation policy is designed to protect both our guests and our team:

• 7 or more days before your tour → Full refund.

• Within 7 days of your tour → Non-refundable, but you will receive 100% credit toward a future tour (valid for 12 months).

• Within 48 hours of your tour / No-Shows → Non-refundable, no credit.

We appreciate your understanding — last-minute cancellations mean we cannot rebook your guide or vehicle. This policy ensures we can continue offering the high-quality, private experiences our guests expect.
